Lined. Frame rubbing. Scattered inpaint within a 2 inch band across the upper edge, possibly due to abrasion from an earlier framing. Area of inpaint, 2 x 1 1/2 inches, located approximately 1 inch above the distant tower at right center; possibly a repaired tear. 2 inch horizontal repaired tear in the sky, located approximately 4 inches above sail boats at center right. A few other scattered areas of inpaint in the sky, including some small areas between the campanile and the palace at center left. Strengthening in the palace at far left along the right edge, along the roof line and in the windows. Some strengthening in the mast and sail of the boat between the campanile and the palace. Scattered areas of abrasion.
