Fine condition. "LOS REYES CATLICOS" INTERVENE IN A JUDICIAL DISPUTE. The King and Queen write "on behalf of the Duke of Infantado and his chaplaincy" in a dispute "over rent which belongs entirely to the said chaplaincy. You, it is claimed, gave verdict, by reason of which...certain rents are due," but have refused to specify them "because of which the said Duke and his chaplaincy have been caused much trouble and damage." The sovereigns have been "begged and asked to provide a remedy with justice ordering you to declare said rents soon...within [25] days after you have received this...to declare...what has happened to warrants already sent you in which we ordered you to declare said verdict, and the reason you have for not wanting to declare it, as is our opinion you should do what is right" ("que fuere justo").
