Fernand Leger (1881-1955) Fernand Leger, Cirque , Tériade, Les Editions Verve, Paris, 1950 (Saphire 44-106) the complete set of 63 lithographs in colour and in black, 1950, on Arches, title, text, justification and the lithographs of which 34 in colour and 29 in black, the justification signed in blue ink, copy number 66 from the edition of 280 (there were twenty hors commerce copies aside from the edition), the lithographs printed close to the sheet edges, the usual offsetting and some pale discoloration, a few minor foxmarks, otherwise generally in good condition, loose (as issued) in paper wrapper, with lithograph printed in black and yellow on front and in black on back, within paper-covered boards with title and artist's name on label on spine, lacking the slipcase (book) overall S. 435 x 340 mm.
