Displayed in an approx. 18 x 12 in. metal frame containing the 4-in. diameter crew patch with hidden hallmark, taken to the lunar surface by mission Commander Charles Conrad. Mounted on a typed letter signed by Conrad. A signed color photo of Conrad descending to the lunar surface mounted to the left of the patch. Both removable from mat and frame. The patch has the number 12 "hidden" upside-down within the wake trail behind the clipper ship. TYPED LETTER SIGNED BY CONRAD: "Charles Conrad, Cdr Apollo XII", stating the "patch is from my personal collection... and spent over 31 hours on the lunar surface." PHOTOGRAPH INSCRIBED AND SIGNED BY CONRAD: "Charles Conrad, Apollo XII Cdr."
