Supervisory Aerospace Technologist, Manned Spacecraft Center. Signed by Underwood in blue pencil on the slip of paper. The fragment measures ¼x½". A rare fragment of film brought aboard Apollo 12, and onto the surface of the moon. Along with this film, the two carried the first color television camera to the lunar surface, but transmission was lost when Bean accidentally pointed the camera at the sun, destroying it.
