Laid on a 48 star American parade flag, which appears to be silk, although it hasn't been examined outside of the frame, 7.25 x 9.5 in. Framed, 9.5 x 13.25 in. overall. Condition: Tickets remain in very good condition overall; flag retains rich red colors, while the blue has faded slightly; some small scratches in frame.
