Beschreibung:

Galle Acid Etched Cameo Glass Bud Vase Circa 1905 Of flattened globular form with a stick neck, in amber over frosted lime green, pink and colorless glass, decorated with stylized blossoms, cameo signed Galle. Height 6 3/8 inches. C Estate of Erica Lemle Amsterdam
appears to be in generally good condition; no apparent hairline cracks, etc.; there is a somewhat large internally trapped air bubble in the making and not of any real consequence, located on the left side shoulder area as well as a few other internally trapped small air bubbles elsewhere, including one bubble in the top rim area and others on the reverse side of the body; there are two vertical striations in pink colored glass that originate at the top rim and extend down the full height of the neck and then spreads out into a wide band that culminates at the bottom of the vase, all visible on the front side, which gives an irregular color variation to the body, which otherwise looks green; some evidence of grinding to the top rim edge, presumably by the factory; cameo signature on the reverse side with the star motif
