Provenance : Fred Gee, Ernest Gee's brother (presentation inscription from the author). FIRST EDITION, second state, without the date under the heading on the first page of ads. PRESENTATION COPY, INSCRIBED BY GEE on the front free endpaper "To Fred With the best wishes of his brother. The Author. New York, Jan 1929."
