(Occasional very light foxing in some margins), contemporary green half morocco (a few minor scuffmarks). A rare work on Azaleas that was apparently published simultaneously in German, French and English. The work consists of 36 plates of the best available varieties of Azaleas, each faced by a leaf of explanatory text by contemporary experts (V. Cuvelier, Fr. Desbois, Jos. Vervaene jr., Paul de Schryver and van Geert himself). Nissen BBI 697; Stafleu & Cowan VI, 15.905.
