[Germany; 1939-45.] Steel handle enclosing two steel coils with a weighted head, marked "Sipo" on the handle cap, the steel whip extending from 165mm to 415mm. (6.5. to 16 inches.) Provenance: War Museum. One of the basic weapons for a German police officer, which could be held in the hand out of sight, and then whipped out, creating a dangerous weapon.
