Ackermann, printed by L. Harrison, 1820 [watermarked 1816-1818] 2° (397 x 310mm.), 4 pp. list of subscribers, engraved folding map, partly hand-coloured, and 24 fine hand-coloured aquatint plates, un-numbered, by D. Havell and T. Sutherland after C. G. Schutz (original tissue guards browned but plates very claen). Contemporary green half morocco gilt, g.e. by D. Condie of Worcester with his ticket. FINE LARGE PAPER COPY OF THE FIRST ENGLISH EDITION (the text was originally published in German in Wiesbaden in 1819). Abbey Travel 217; Tooley 234
