Group of Nine Chinese Export Blue Fitzhugh Porcelain Plates Circa 1800-20 Diameter 9 7/8 inches. The Elinor Gordon Gallery Collection
All with light scratching and wear typical with age and use. 1. Pinhead size glaze chip between two panels, two minor foot rim chips. 2. Glaze pool, diameter 1 inch. Four small rim repairs. 3. Firing crack on reverse. Three small rim repairs. 4. Crazing throughout. 5. Scattered pinholes to one side of the rim, two minor foot rim chips, 1/2 inch hairline crack. 6. Glaze flaws on th reverse. 7. Pin head size glaze chip on front, two minor foot rim chips, edge broken in three pieces and repaired. 8. Four hairline cracks from rim to center on border (largest 2.5 inches), firing crack on the footrim. 9. Glaze flaws, area of restoration on the rim, approximately 3 inches.
