London: For Thomas Bennet, et al., 1705. 2 engraved frontispieces, 8 (of 9) engraved double-page maps, portrait, and 16 (of 20) engraved plates. 2 volumes, folio, modern half calf, extremities lightly rubbed; lacks 3 leaves (6H2-4) in second volume, frontispieces reinforced along margins or repaired on rectos, several other margins re-newed in second volume, large folding map repaired on verso at central intersection fold, marginal tear (crossing text) repaired on Z4, one double-page map with corner tape-repaired on verso, several leaves evenly browned, some marginal soiling or pale dampstaining.
