HIRASAWA KUNIAKI II, UTAGAWA TOYONOBU, UTAGAWA HIROSHIGE III AND UTAGAWA KUNITOSHI: oban tate-e (34.1 x 23.9 cm. ea. approx.); a group of prints mounted in album style, comprising a triptych of ten wrestlers paired with ten actors all famous at the time playing the contest of neck-pull ( kubippiki ), signed Hirasawa Kuniaki hitsu and published by Tsunashima Kamekichi, dated Meiji 17 (1884), a triptych of a wrestling match featuring Umegatani Totaro in the ring with attendants and a referee performing shikiri before the Meiji Emperor, located in the upper right of the right panel, signed Oju (by order) Toyonobu ga , published by Matsuki Heikichi, dated Meiji 17; three panels of a polyptych depicting a bird's eye view of Tokyo, signed Hiroshige ga ; and a diptych of pregnant women dancing, the fetuses visible through oval 'windows' in their abdomens, signed Oju (by order) Kunitoshi - good impressions and color, some light soil and rubbing, minor worming
