Provenance : Ossory (pencilled collation note, 1831). ONE OF ONLY TWO COPIES KNOWN. This edition is not recorded in Lacombe or Brunet Heures , and Bohatta and Moreau cite one copy only, that formerly in the collection of Franz Trau, which was imperfect (sale Vienna, Gilhofer & Ranschburg, 27-28 October 1905, lot 454, described as lacking 3 leaves and 'extrêmement rare'). While the two copies agree in most regards, they are apparently variants, differing slightly in the imprint on the title-page.
