Of great use to all clock and watch makers, first edition, folding engraved frontispiece, title and A4 folding at foot, both with notes in a contemporary hand, modern stiff wrappers, [Baillie p.308; Tomash & Williams P35; not in Bromley, The Clockmaker's Library], 8vo, Richardson & Urquhart, 1780. ⁂ Rare, ESTC lists 4 copies only. The note to foot of the title reads: "The author of this Pamphlet resided at Camberwell and was the ingenious mechanist who constructed Mr Mudge's time-piece & made Drawings for Mr M's description of it."
