Hopkins [Geoffrey Mayne Hopkins] R.A.F., George V 1935 Silver Jubilee Medal, George VI 1937 Coronation Medal, silk ribbons en suite and bar-mounted for wear, Court miniatures conforming; three sepia and/or b/w chronological portrait photographs of the recipient in youth, middle- and old-age, (3); Hunting and Photography - an early 20th century Anglo-Indian black morocco game book/hunting photograph album, compiled, inscribed and illustrated by Geoffrey Mayne Hopkins, from 30th December 1921 at Sitabani until 13th March 1955 at Thano, red-ruled and printed leaves inscribed in ink manuscript by Hopkins with dates, places, members of the party, remarks and a tally of game shot, comprising elephants, tigers, panthers, bears, bara singh, ibex, pigs, wild cats, porcupines, etc., illustrated throughout with b/w photographs of various sizes with hunts, trophies, native attendants, every day scenes of domestic life, etc., one leaf at the verso of the album records domestic shoots in England, pasted ephgemera relating to Hopkins life, contemporary rounded rectangular black morocco binding, gilt-lettered upper-cover with owner's monogram to lower-right margin, oblong 4to; four further photograph albums and MS diary covering hiking in Har Ki Doon 1929, Chila in 1953, 1954 and 1955, etc., (4); [archive collection] Provenance: Geoffrey Mayne Hopkins of the Indian Forest Service, Divisional Forest Officer, Ramnagar Forest Division, Naini Tal, United Provinces, India.
