Provenance. The ‘Tetschner Library’ was confiscated by the Czechoslovak army during the occupation of Prague in 1933, and sold to antiquarians. Books from this library were purchased by Hans Peter Kraus in 1934. Kraus was the most successful rare book dealer in the second half of the 20th century.
