Losses from woodworm along edges and corners. Vertical splits in wood: the Crucifixion panel 5 inches from center lower edge and 1 1/2 inch from center top edge. Madonna and Child 3 inches from center lower edge, a split in upper center of panel and two 1 1/2 inches from the upper edge. Heavy damages to the linen laid down to the reverse with the Donor's initials. Restorations in the drapery and background, small losses throughout.
