(7½x4¼"), later polished tan calf ruled in gilt, spines tooled in gilt, raised bands, morocco lettering pieces, gilt inner dentelles, top edges gilt. First Edition in book form. Tale of romance, drama and adventure at the beginning of the 18th century, well illustrated by George Cruikshank Originally appears serially in issues of Bentley's Miscellany. Lot Amendments Condition: Joints rubbed, tender, front covers of Vols. I & III detached, spine heads chipped; else very good, worthy of repair to the bindings. Item number: 253951
