Japanese Silver Six-Piece Part Tea and Coffee Service Samurai Shokai, Yokohama, early 20th century Comprising a teapot, coffee pot, covered sugar bowl, waste bowl, covered tea caddy and kettle-on-stand, each chased overall with floral repousse incorporating chrysanthemum blossoms. Generally good condition overall with light wear as expected from casual use; good detail to decoration; clearly hallmarked undersides; insulators replaced; double walled construction; small scattered pin point dents to bodies, largely hidden in decoration; coffee pot with finial slightly pushed in; spots of solder to handle of waste bowl and spots of heavy tarnish to interior tea caddy with two gouges to underside of foot; kettle with repairs to handle; kettle stand probably silver plated and not included in weight; bruises to burner coffee pot 10 1/2 in. ht. teapot 9 1/2 in. long sugar 7in. over handles waste 7 1/2 in. over handles tea caddy 6 in. ht. kettle on stand 15 3/4 in. ht. overall
