Likely the 4th Earl Poulett, John Poulett (1756-1819) was a militia officer as well as British peer. Poulett was vested as Knight of the Thistle in 1794. He was a Lord of the Bedchamber to George III from November 1795 until his death. In 1803 he became Colonel of the 1st East Somersetshire Militia. Condition: Minor toning, otherwise excellent.
