Title in red and black, folding engraved frontispiece, 2 advertisement leaves at end (frontispiece and advertisement leaves lightly browned). A GOOD UNPRESSED COPY in contemporary sprinkled calf (rebacked, covers rubbed). Provenance : Crown Estate Office, Office of Woods Library (library stamps on endpapers). FIRST EDITION of a 'treatise [which] contains much practical and informative material, and provides some interesting accounts showing the expenses connected with the making of plantations, including the cost of labourer's [sic] wages, together with details recording the profit to be obtained', Henrey III, 929.
