Late 3rd-4th Century A.D. With a flaring mouth, the rim folded outward, downward, upward and outwards to form a horizontal collar, with cylindrical neck, horizontal shoulder, cylindrical body and flat base with pontil mark, 5in. (12.5cm.) high, neck broken and repaired, the base with strain cracks, an old paper label ink inscribed 'Amiens 1886'; a Roman cylindrical bluish-green glass beaker with everted mouth, cut-off rim, decorated with wheel-cut bands and a horizontal groove, circa 3rd-4th Century A.D., 3¾in. (9.5cm.), pitted with iridescence; a Roman green glass unguentarium with bell-shaped body and in-folded rim, circa 2nd Century A.D., 45/8in. (11.7cm.), heavy iridiscence; a Roman pale greenish-yellow glass flask with funnel mouth and rounded rim on an ovoid body decorated with a row of short vertical ribs pincered out of the vessel wall, a gently pushed-in base with a low kick, circa 4th-5th Century A.D., 43/8in. (11.2cm.), some iridescence; a miniature Roman green glass bottle with globular body, circa 2nd-3rd Century A.D., 1¾in. (4.5cm.); another miniature glass bottle, probably late Roman, 2½in. (6.2cm.), with iridescence, and a third miniature glass vessel in opaque turquoise glass, 24mm.; seven glass children's bangles of various colours; three ?Coptic glass phials, their bodies tapering in to a point, 41/8in. (10.5cm.) maximum length; four Byzantine miniature handled glass juglets, one with an openwork 'cage' design around the body, circa 5th-7th Centuries A.D., 11/8in. (3cm.) maximum height; a clear glass bottle with an oval body, pad base and short flared rim, 51/8in. (13cm.), Not Ancient, and a glass token with impressed inscription (22)
