A mahogany veneered and inlaid console table with pine secondary, attributed to Antoine Gabriel Quervelle (French / American, w.1817-1847) or an equal, with gray veined marble top, over an ogee frieze supported by two ionic columns with brass capitols and bases, the columns flanking a serpentine lower shelf with fan inlay, the whole rising on carved paw front feet, unmarked; ht. 37.5, wd. 38, dp. 19 in. Condition: Marble top has a repaired corner.
