Two pages, on single sheet folded in half, being the back of a photocopy of a court document from 1963 stating Bruce to be a drug addict. Written in ink, signed with initials LB. Very rough, some sentences incomprehensible. “...a superior court document was antedated, a superior court reported transcript of a trial was in serious conflict with a tape recording of the same proceeding. A witness in fact, the witness in jail for the same crime I was found guilty of -- the probation report which is in the file that gives a synopsis of the testimoney [sic] and proceeding is fantastically different …..the Jurors perjured themselves in this superior court trial. The court reporter added words… left out paragraphs. The district attorny [sic] has informed me that he has no intention of question this decision of the superior court even if they have broken the law -- Unless they can legally arrest innocent people I can only interpret the parade ‘even if they can legally do so’ when a crime is committed that act [exception with me] and they have closed the file arrested me for good...".
