Autograph letter signed ('Leopold') to the future Kaiser Frederick III (as Crown Prince, 'Mon Cher Fritz'), Brussels, 23 January 1872, in French, 'Je viens te faire une confidence et essayer de te mettre dans mes intérets', proposing that as both France and Russia now have military attachés in Brussels, Germany should send someone as well, 'un homme de ta confiance avec lequel je puisse m'entretenir confidentiellement', four pages, 8vo , on a bifolium.
