Lewes: An early Charles II large spoon, the extended finial, with a wide seal pricked over MH over 1665 and pricked on the back of the bowl with a flower below 19th Dec, struck twice on the stem and once on in the bowl with fleur de lys and once on the stem with a leaved rose mark probably for James Emery (either I or II), c.1665, 8in (20.4cm)
