Karl Borromäus. Ihr Sohn Galeazzo Maria Arconati (um 1580–1649) ließ die Villa Arconati bei Bollate erbauen, allgemein bekannt unter dem Namen „Il Castellazzo“. Dort wurden die berühmten und wertvollen Skulpturen- und Büchersammlungen der Familie ausgestellt, darunter Leonardo da Vincis Codex Atlanticus (erworben 1622).
