Lincoln's Vice President. Published by E. & H.T. Anthony in New York from negative in Brady's Portrait Gallery. * Gideon Welles. Lincoln's Secretary of the Navy. * Simon Cameron. Lincoln's Secretary of War. * Salmon P. Chase. Lincoln's appointee as Chief Justice and earlier known as the "Attorney General for Fugitive Slaves". * Edwin Stanton. Cameron's successor as Lincoln's Secretary of War. * William Henry Seward. Lincoln's Secretary of State. Together, 6 photographs. Assemblage of photographs of six important associates of Abraham Lincoln. All with imprints on the verso indicating they were published by Anthony of New York from the negative in Brady's Portrait Gallery, except the portrait of Seward's which just has Brady's imprint. Lot Amendments Condition: Condition varies; three cards with clipped corners, photograph of Hamlin a little faded and with edge-wear; extremely good group. Item number: 166006
