Engraved title by Oliviero Gatto, portrait of the author, 61 engraved plates, mainly double-page, woodcut initials and headpieces (title remargined, first leaves and few plates with waterstaining repaired to bottom margin, modern guards, some maps with small loss due to worming at inner margin, maps of Cremona and Veneto with repairs at inner margin, maps of the Trevigiano, Bellunese and Cadorino repaired at bottom corner with small loss, map of the region of Bologna stained, some other waterstaining and smaller repairs).
