Large 4to, original white kid, gilt-lettered and with pictorial stamping in gilt on upper cover and spine, t.e.g.; owner's gift inscription on front free endpaper, original glassine dust wrapper (several large chips repaired); original publisher's board box; half morocco folding case (does not accomodate original box). LIMITED EDITION, one of 250 copies (unsigned) of the American limited issue; this copy with mounted clipped signature of Rackham on the half-title (dated "22/6/18"). See Latimore & Haskell, p. 47. An unusually fine copy.
