Manufacturer: Roseville Description: Rare Roseville vase with iris design covered with a good black luster glaze. Unmarked. Height is 14 inches. The vase has been completely oversprayed, which indicates restoration of some kind, and there are a number of pinhead size glaze bubbles. There is some light crazing. We believe this to be part of the Rozane line, dating from the first decade of the Twentieth Century. The glaze is quite appealing and we have not seen other examples from this line.
