(Photographers); 2 views of Montevideo and the River Plate; 9 views of Madeira including Funchal and the Gran Corral; 5 views of Lisbon and Cintra; one view of Tenerife; 2 of the passenger ship St Nicolas and her officers, and 3 others the folio 17 x 13 5/8in. (43.2 x 34.5cm.) contained in the contemporary purple cloth portfolio, covers with gilt decorative frame, lettered in centre, decorative endpapers, original ties intact (lower cover evenly faded, extremities rubbed, corners bumped)
