A Nineteenth Century, and Familiar History of the Lives, Loves, & Misfortunes, of Abeillard and Heloisa, first edition, 10 hand-coloured aquatint plates, all but one by Thomas Landseer half-title, tissue guard from frontispiece torn away, bookplate on front pastedown, handsomely bound in full green crushed morocco, corner piece onlays, t.e.g., others uncut, by Sangorski & Sutcliffe, 1819; and a small quantity of others, Illustrated, v.s., v.d. (qty).
