This report expands on the crew’s report to include lunar descent and ascent, communications, all vehicle and mission support performance. The lunar surface operations are described addressing lunar geology, deployed experiments, and the performance of space suit mobility. A section covers problems encountered with equipment including the computer alarms during landing, the broken Ascent Arming circuit breaker, stopped LM timer, LM antenna issues, and difficulty closing the lunar rock boxes. Numerous pages plot the LM descent trajectory and final landing point, some 3.5 miles beyond the planned landing point. Tools Armstrong and Aldrin used on the lunar surface are illustrated.
