Autograph letter, signed 'Anna Jameson', from Ealing, Easter Sunday, 4pp, 8, on mourning paper, to Mrs Gaskell, making arrangements to meet, hoping that she has recovered from her recent illness whilst in Paris and commiserating upon the death of Charlotte Bront 'I felt as if a light had been extinguished'.
