"Good luck, Dad". Devotedly Alan & Fritz 1p; - Another from Alan Jay Lerner to Holloway, May 22nd, 1957, on Lerner's personalised stationary, apologizing for failing to see him that week ...I did see your performance last night, however, and I want to tell you how constantly grateful I always am for you and your performance....Faithfully, Alan 1p; - Another from Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe, October 6th, 1960, confirming that they had no objection to Holloway performing the songs ..."With A Little Bit Of Luck" "Get Me To the Church On Time" in your show, "Laughs And Other Events"...Very Truly yours, Alan Jay Lerner, Frederick Loewe 1p; - Another from Alan Jay Lerner to Stanley Holloway, November 2nd, 1979, on My Fair Lady, Cameron Mackintosh Productions Ltd, Fortune theatre, Russell Street, London WC2 headed paper, telling him As Eliza would say, " how kind of you to think of me". I showed your telegram around to everyone and they were all as touched as was I. The show went beyond my wildest expectations, but "My Fair Lady" is never the same without you....Faithfully, Alan 1p; - A programme for the Gala Performance of [My Fair Lady] in the presence of Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh on the evening of Monday, 5th May 1958 at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane; three illustrated souvenir programmes, two for the 1958 stage production My Fair Lady including one for a charity performance, May 9th, 1958 another for the Warner Brothers film version, 1964; printed sheet music, various soundtracks, an album of press cuttings and related material ( a lot)
