NASA Apollo Lunar Module and Command/Service Module Contractor Models. Both models have a combined length of approx. 16 in., featuring the Lunar Module descent and ascent stages and the Command and Service Modules. Both are mounted onto a 18 by 10 in base with the official NASA and Apollo/NASA mission emblems displayed between them. The models can be enclosed in with a clear rectangular cover with measurements of 18.5 by 10.5 by 10 inches. Both models were made for their respective spacecraft manufactures, Grumman for the LM and North American Rockwell for the CSM. They are in the docked configuration. This is exact way the LM and CSM traveled to the Moon after leaving earth orbit. (2)
