New Kingdom and later, some 'After the Antique' Including three New Kingdom terracotta amulet moulds, one for an udjat eye, 2½in. (6.3cm.), and two for rosettes, 22mm., Amarna Period, circa 1379-1362 B.C.; a pale blue glazed composition head of Ptaichos, with finely modelled details and a ridged suspension loop at the back of the neck, Late Period, 23mm. high; four large faience udjat eye amulets, one openwork and set in a rectangular serrated edge border, Late Period, 1¾in. (4.4cm.); a calcite New Kingdom ear plug, of the typical 'mushroom' foem, Amarna Period, circa 1379-1362 B.C., 19mm.; a miniature anhydrite kohl vessel, with broad disc rim and squat body, possibly 12th Dynasty, 11/8in. (28cm.) diam., with old label; a three strand polychrome mummy bead necklace composed of spaced beads and two single stranded mummy bead necklaces, of blue and turquoise faience cylindrical and spacer beads; a Romano-Egyptian cream stone vessel, with ribbed border and the head of a boy with curly hair in relief on one side of the rim, 3¾in. (9.4cm.) diam., other figures damaged around the rim; and various other amulets, flints, beads, bracelets in various materials and a blue glazed composition jar (a lot)
