Provenance : M.C. Lang (bookplate); Kenyon Starling. FIRST EDITION, presumably bound from the original parts. A continuation of Nicholas Nickleby written by the still unidentified "Guess." Dickens's novel was issued in 19/20 monthly parts from March 1838 to October 1839. This continuation was published in 22 weekly parts with 22 illustrations by "Quiz." Yale/Gimbel H222.
