Neill. 17.5x12,.5 cm (7x5"), red or blue cloth or boards, color cover illustrations or labels; color illustrated endpapers, all but one with original dust jackets. Classic tales for children with Neill's inimitable illustrations, produced as his fame was secured as the illustrator of the Oz books of L. Frank Baum. Most with scarce jackets. Includes: Black Beauty. Jacket with soiling, chips to edges; about near fine volume in very good jacket. [1908]. Rab and His Friends. Jacket with soiling, chips and some closed tears to edges, some pencil writing on flaps; cloth with mild dampstaining to bottom edge; about near fine volume in very good jacket. [1908]. The Story of Peter Rabbit. Jacket lacking large piece from rear panel and top edge of front, with some other chips; very good or better volume in good jacket. [1908]. Peter Rabbit. No jacket. Some rubbing and soiling to cloth and cover label; very good. Cinderella.
