ƟDivan'e Koll' Ashar Nasir ad-Din Shah Qajar (complete Anthology of Nasir ad-Din Shah Qajar's Poetry), compiled by Agha Ali Rahjiri, printed in Farsi, Gha'im Magham publishers [Tehran, n.d., c. 1965] complete, a few smal spots else excellent condition, original printed wrappers bound-in (with portrait of Nasir ad-Din shah Qajar to upper wrapper), small 8vo (210 by 140 mm.); now housed in modern black morocco, with gilt title and distributor's information gilt to covers, some damage to top edge of lower boards, else good condition The late Shah was known for his ability to wrote poetic verse and ability to draw sketches, often gifting these to patrons of the royal family or personal friends. This particular anthology has compiled all these original pieces of poetry by the Qajar Shah and printed them in one single volume, apparently for the first time. It would appear that this single publication was distributed twice, the first time at 150 rials a piece in original wrappers, and the second time, , and offered for sale in a morocco binding for 650 rials.
