Heaton Cooper, produced by the Mount Everest Foundation to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the first ascent of Everest by the British 1953 expedition, includes facsimile signatures of the team, and is SIGNED to front free e/p. by George Lowe and George Band in blue and black ink, illustrated half-title, foreward by HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, patron of the British 1953 expedition, preface to the 1993 edition by the author, 7 colour photographs, 15 monochrome photographs, in-text illustrations and map, 280pp. within removeable clear wrapper, and contained within original light blue slipcase.
