Impressively big wine in the mid-1960s. Medium, lively, mature; spicy, fragrant; fairly sweet, medium-weight, good length. A scent and flavour of singed raisins and liquorice. Crisp. Very flavoury....Most recently six bottles at a Christie's wine tasting and dinner in Belgium........colour medium-deep; very good bouquet, touch of liquorice; sweet, nice weight, spicy.
