[2], vi, [2], ii, 286; [4], 204 pp. Musical scores throughout. Frontispiece portrait of Purcell engraved in copper by R. White after John Closterman 31.3x19.5 cm. (12¾x7¾"), modern calf, spine gilt. Second Edition, with Large Additions. Compositions by the influential English organist and Baroque composer of secular and sacred music, much expanded from the first edition of 1698.
