Over 250 photographs. CDVs Capitol, Washington, DC Canopy over Plymouth Rock Masonic Temple, Boston Soldiers' Monument, Plymouth, MA Silver Thread (waterfall) (Scenes in St. Augustine) lithograph on orange mount Suspension Bridge (Lithograph, location uncertain) View of the great Coliseum for the National Peace Jubilee, Boston (lithograph) Boston and Lowell Depot The Old Man (lithograph of rock formation) Plus three unidenitifed Cabinet Cards Old Brick Barn, Mount Vernon. Built in 1745 by Lawrence Washington, of brick imported from England. Arch Rock, Views of Mackinac Island (H.F. Rossiter) Real Photo Postcards 6 unidentified, appears to be a resort along a lake with lots of coniferous trees 50 commercial "collector photos," 1.75 x 2.75 in., all titled in the negative. Views of New York City, Garden of the Gods, RMS Queen Mary, Thousand Islands (including Rock Island Lighthouse, Cave of the Winds, and more. 110 commercial "collector photos," 2 x 3.5 in., titled in negative. Views of Detroit and Windsor, California (general), Catalina Island, Ramona's Marriage Place, Colorado Springs and Garden of the Gods, and more. 30 commercial "collector photos," 2.5 x 3.5 in. Some are untitled; these are mostly interior views of a large home (maybe Napoleon's?). About 2/3 are titled in the negative, most of Matapedia River and vicinity. Seven 4.25 x 5.25 in. cards, including the Capitol and White House, a dome with "Lincoln" at top and what appears to be names of generals on pillars, a tomb, a statue and Admiral Perry's gravestone. Seven, 3.5 x 5.5 in. cards, all postcards except first. Including photo of "Original Chair used by Thomas Jefferson as Vice President...," Rockefeller Center, North Bridge (Concord, MA), Old Manse (Concord, MA), Alcott House (Concord, MA), Canadian Pacific Railroad view, plus one unidentified Bound booklet, Charleston, S.C. Indelible Photographs, New York: A. Wittemann, 1890. Obl 12mo, printed endpapers, red cloth boards, gilt title on front, 48pp of photos, some with multiple images on a page. Includes views such as: Calhoun Monument, several Charleston Harbor and wharf scenes, South Battery, City Hall ("Fire Proof Building"), Custom House, Dorchester and Charleston Hotels, Fort Sumter and Fort Moultree/Sullivan's Island and a number of Confederate Monuments. Folder, "Miniatures, Thousand Islands." Cincinnati, Ohio: Tom Jones, 1906. Folder with four flaps, inside is accordion-folded strip of 21 photographs, plus photos inside three flaps and on front. Folder with "Selected Photographs" of Mount Washington, White Mountains, New Hampshire containing nine images, titled in negatives (2.5 x 3.5 in.) Folder with "Selected Photographs" of Cheyenne, Wyoming, ten 2.5 x 3.5 in. images Boudoir Card "Ropers Rock" with "J.H. Gaston, Lookout Mountain Photograph Gallery" stamped on verso Large format: Home of Washington, Mount Vernon, VA (8 x 11 in. image on 11 x 14 in. mount) Condition: Charleston book with cover just about off on front, text (photo) block still tight.
