Here are two Steiff postwar panda bears in 15 and 22 cm. Both are fully jointed, made from black and white mohair and have an open, peach colored fabric-lined mouths. Their faces are detailed with brown and black pupil eyes and black hand embroidered noses; the black circles around their eyes are airbrushed. This particular model was made in 15, 22, 28, 35, 43, and 50 cm from 1951 through 1961. This panda was produced with grey felt paw pads from 1951 through 1956 and suede-like grey rubber material paw pads from 1956 onward. These pandas have a suede-like paw pads, dating them from the mid 1950's. Both retain their raised script style Steiff buttons. Condition: as noted. With surface dust and light playwear otherwise good to very good. Item Dimensions: Largest :8 -1/2" x 3".
