A fine and rare 18K pink gold water-resistant perpetual calendar split seconds chronograph wristwatch with phases of the moon Signed Patek Philippe, Geneve, ref. 5004, movement no. 879'708, case no. 4'037'677, manufactured in 1998 Cal. 27-70 Q nickel-finished lever movement stamped with the Geneva seal, 28 jewels, Gyromax balance, free sprung regulator, the silvered matte dial with applied gold Arabic numerals, two windows for day and month, three subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds combined with 24 hour display, 30 minutes register combined with leap year indicator and date combined with phases of the moon, the circular water-resistant-type case with stepped bezel and downturned fluted lugs, glazed screw back, split seconds chronograph mechanism operated through two round chronograph buttons in the band and through the crown, 18K gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp, case, dial and movement signed 37 mm. diam.
