AN EARLY AND RARE 18K GOLD AND ENAMEL HALF-HUNTER CASE KEYLESS CYLINDER PENDANT WATCH SIGNED PATEK PHILIPPE & CO, GENEVE, CASE NO. 34144, MANUFACTURED IN 1868 Cal. 12 gilt-finished cylinder movement, mono-metallic balance, wolf's tooth winding, white enamel dial, Roman numerals, gold cuvette, engine-turned case, the front with translucent blue enamel over engine-turned chapter ring, gold Roman numerals, central aperture, hinged back enhanced with translucent blue enamel over engine-turning, central gold plaque surrounded by a floral motif, black enamel florets to the rim, case and cuvette signed and numbered 33mm diam.
